Singer Aslay Lands Lucrative Deal Amid Diamond’s Interest In Signing Him To Wasafi

Tanzanian-based artist Aslay has finally announced that he has been signed by one of the most celebrated record labels in Tanzania, Rockstar Africa.

The singer was happy to let the world know he has taken a huge step in his music career. Taking through his social media, the ex Ya Moto Band member said, “Nina furaha kuwaambia mashabiki, vyombo vya Habari na Kila anayenifuatilia kwamba hivi karibuni nimejiunga a RockStar Africa @Rockstarafrica.”

Aslay had been silent for a long period, but he made it clear to his fans that he was back and ready to give them good songs through his new music label.

He added that it had been a long journey with many expectations in his music career, but it’s now over, and he is ready for his fans.

He said, “Imekuwa safari ndefu yenye matumaini makubwa katika kusimamia kazi zangu za mziki. Hivyo basi, nawaarifu kutegemea mengi makubwa katika muziki wangu na kuniona katika hatua kubwa Zaidi.”

Aslay was grateful to God for having done so much to his life. He added that every situation in his life had allowed him to learn and move on. He also thanked everyone for offering to support him in all that he has been involved in.

Hr narrated,” Nina kila sababu ya kumshukuru mwenyezi mungu kwa kipindi chote ambacho nilikuwa kimya, hakika nimejifunza mengi. Ningependa kuchukua wakati huu pia kutoa shukrani zangu kwa kila mmoja wenu kwa support mnayoendelea kunipa katika muziki wangu hata wakati nilipokuwa kimya. Asanteni sana.”

Aslay’s lucrative deal comes moments after WCB Wasafi CEO Diamond Platinumz had expressed his willingness to sign him in Wasafi Records and work with him.

Diamond had quoted that Adslay is not doing well in his music career, saying that if he were signed in Wasafi, he would be somewhere high.

Dangote said, “Everyone knows Aslay. He is very talented, but he is not doing so well. He would be a big brand if he were in my hands.”
