Deputy President William Ruto has unleashed bombshell at president Uhuru Kenyatta over alleged political plans with UDA rebels in Rift Valley to weaken his presidential bid.

Speaking on Friday during Kenya Kwanza campaigns where he was flanked with a score of Kenya Kwanza affiliates, the second in command pleaded Uhuru to stop from casting threats against the Kenya Kwanza principals and entirety of hustler nation faction, citing that they are the one who elected him (Uhuru) to the country’s top seat.

“You (Uhuru) shouldn’t be the source of threats in Kenya. Wacha kutisha wakenya, kazi yako ni kuhakikisha wakenya wote wako salama. Wacha kutuambia ya kwamba tutakujua wewe ndio rais, sisi ndio tulikuchagua, na tulikuchagua uwe rais wa Kenya, wacha kututisha, sisi apana watu wa kutishwa” Bitter Ruto said.

He also urged Uhuru to desist from complicating his candidature in favor of Azimio – One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga.

“If you don’t want to support me, leave me alone” angry Ruto fired unforgiving missile at his boss.

The Kenya Kwanza brigade accused Uhuru of devising mechanisms with sections of independent candidates especially in Ruto’s home turf to counter the hustler nation popularity in the region and drum support for Raila Odinga.

Speaking in Nandi, Kapsaret MP Oscar Sudi claimed that Uhuru convened closed door with sections of Rift Valley UDA rebels and assured to support and finance their campaigns ahead of August contest.

He alleged that the meeting was held in Nakuru where the Rift Valley aspirants pocketed ksh5M each to mobilize electorates to vote for Raila in the presidential bid.

“You convened independent candidates from this region yesterday in Nakuru and offered them ksh5M each to mobilize UDA supporters to vote for Raila. I want to urge all our supporters to reject independent candidates because they are part of president Uhuru’s project mobilizers” Sudi said.
