After hotplate allegations emerged about Jalang’o’s employees known as Eli Omundu and Morrison Litiema, speculations have emerged that they’ve resumed their jobs after refunding the latter’s money.

According to screenshots released by a popular Instagram blog channel dubbed Nairobi Gossip Club, the duo has reportedly resumed working at the politician’s home. According to the leaked report, a fan who engaged Morrison Litiema disclosed that they spoke, adding that they refunded the money in question and resumed working.

This comes a few days after Jalang’o stated that he would forgive them if they refunded the money. He added that he would allow them to keep working, resonating that he understood what they were going through. Jalang’o narrated that he was hurt because he took them as family, and never did it click to him that they would someday betray him. He went ahead and stated that he wouldn’t take any charges against them, adding that he was ready for a conversation.

He stated,

“I want them to come forward. They will continue with their work. Let them just come back because it was not in their character.”

A few weeks ago, Jalang’o took to his social media and stated that his employees were on the run after stealing an undisclosed amount of money from his car. He stated,

“Eli and Litiema are on the run, this morning they stole money from the car they were washing at home, their phones are off and they are running with their families. If you see them, please report at the nearest police station. A reward of 100k for any information leading to their arrest.”
