Nigerian Choreographer Kafayat Shafau popularly known as Kaffy has revealed to his fans how her husband cheated on her with her best friend. During her recent interview with Chude The Dancer, she opened up about why she ended her marriage with Joseph Ameh.
She says that before their relationship came to an end, she was celibate for three years. She did this after she realised that her husband was sleeping around with numerous women including her best friend. Earlier this year, in January, she revealed that she had ended her ten years marriage.

In a viral video that was posted online, the beautiful Choreographer said that, “Lemme tell you when I started getting more healing, when I stopped sleeping with my husband, I was celibate with my husband for three years before I got a divorce. There are different red flags that we women in love are so blind to see.
Separation isn’t the end of life for both parties involved. In fact, if you both are honest about why you have to go apart, you will realize how much better life can be. Some people make it back, some don’t. What is ultimate is the outcome borne out of love!” Before all this, in the year 2021, rumors had it that their marriage was on the verge of collapsing.

She says that it was during this time that they both decided to separate because it was not working out for them.
The two got married in the year 2012 in a colourful wedding ceremony attended by close family members and friends and have been blessed with two very adorable children.
Despite the divorce trauma, she advises that people should remain close friends especially if they are co-parenting despite being separated. For them, they decided to put their issues aside so as to make sure that their kids were doing well.
