Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has slammed Azimio One Kenya coalition leader Raila Odinga for his recent attacks to President William Ruto’s administration.
Speaking from Kirinyaga County where he had accompanied President William Ruto for launching of multi billion dam, the second in command said time for praise and worship from politicians is over and now is time to deliver and that, they are open to fair criticisms and oppositions.
“Tumetoka kwa ile error ya praise and worship ya viongozi. Rais William Ruto hataki kusifiwa, anataka kuambiwa mambo ya ukweli ili atafute suluhusho,” he begun.
However, he took sharp criticism to opposition leader Raila Odinga amid claims of inciting Kenyans against the government.
According to him, Raila Odinga should be the least person to poke holes in Ruto’s government as he was part of predecessors, former President Uhuru Kenyatta administration after handshake.
“Wewe Mzee Wacha kuchochea wakenya. Wewe ulichukua Pesa zote kutoka kwa Serikali kupitia BBI. sasa hakuna pesa. Mbona hukukosoa UHURU kwa miaka 4. Wewe Mzee Tulia,”DP Rigathi Gachagua added.

His sentiment surfaced after Raila Odinga during his chat and engagement with supporters tours in County of Nairobi, said new administration has made Kenyans life unbearable with price of fuel and other goods continues to sky rocket.
“I went underground from August 15th when Chebukati ran to announce evil. I knew Kenya has gone upside down but i said if that is what they want, let us see. I know Kenyans are hurting and that is why am outside to meet people,”Opposition leader, Former prime minister Raila Odinga stated.
