Former Statehouse spokesperson, Kanze Dena, has taken to Instagram to dispel rumors about her health. This comes after a Twitter user, Goddie_Ke, shared a malicious web story graphic claiming that Dena was battling throat cancer urging followers and Kenyans at large to pray and support Dena because she is at her last stage.

In her Instagram post, Dena affirmed her well-being and dismissed the allegations as mere click-bait. “Life na good oh! Not EXITING this race called LIFE anytime soon,” she wrote, expressing her determination to continue living her life to the fullest.

Dena further stated, “Fixing my eye on Jesus the Author and finisher of my life. I stand and declare God’s word that He shall honor me and Satisfy me with long life. No evil shall befall me, neither shall any plague come near my dwelling. I shall live to declare the works of the Lord in the land of the living. GOD, I thank you for your word for it shall not go out and return void.”

Kanze confidently declared, “Every tongue that raises itself against me in judgment is condemned. This is my heritage.” Dena ended her post by affirming her faith, stating, “I AM THE APPLE OF GOD’S EYE!”

Nevertheless, it remains to be seen whether or not the former statehouse official will seek legal redress over the controversial Twitter blog that is making a kill for spreading fake information. In the past, prominent personalities sought legal redress against malicious bloggers and agents of misinformation who intentionally spread false information against them.
