I promised that I will be able to deliver the pledges beyond their expectations” she assured.
Women courted Kagure’s candidature and pleaded with the head of state president Uhuru Kenyatta and Azimio – One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga to re-consider backing Kagure for Nairobi top seat.
“As Nairobi women especially the single mothers, there are myriad challenges we have been going through and that is why we are here to stand with our fellow woman, Agnes Kagure, and we believe she will be able to impart solutions to our challenges” said Kagure’s supporter.
“We urge the Azimio – One Kenya principals (Uhuru and Raila) to reconsider embracing a woman candidate for the county seat. We have tried Kidero and Sonko but all of them failed us. We want a woman this time round” added another woman.
