A video of Mathira legislator and Kenya Kwanza running mate nominee Rigathi Gachagua taking nap during the burial of his brother in Mathira has elicited a score of Kenyans on social media.
Gachagua who was seated next to his wife, Dorcas Rigathi, was captured dozing and sketchily snoring during as the final send off service of his brother was ongoing.

Gachagua defeated Tharaka Nithi senator Kithure Kindiki to secure the running mate slot in Kenya Kwanza. He assured to respect his boss, DP Ruto, if the duo will downplay Azimio – One Kenya candidate Raila Odinga for the country’s top seat in August contest.
Kindiki on the other hand has conceded defeat and endorsed Ruto/Gachagua ticket for presidency.
Azimio – One Kenya candidate Raila Odinga broke the presidential ranks to settle on Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua for deputy president position.
Wiper party head Kalonzo Musyoka, who defected from Azimio – One Kenya coalition chose Narok senator aspirant Andrew Sunkuli as his deputy.
Safina presidential candidate Jimmy Wanjigi nominated Willis Otieno as his principal assistant for presidency.
