Ford Kenya party leader Moses Wetangula has reportedly disowned party candidate for Sabatia parliamentary seat in Musalia Mudavadi’s home turf for allegedly courting for Azimio – One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga’s presidency.
Unveiling the widened rife within the Ford Kenya party on social media sites, Hon Alex Kidake Malova has revealed that Ford Kenya party boss Moses Wetangula defied to pick up his phone call despite vying for Sabatia parliamentary seat on Simba ticket.

He stated that his phone calls went answered before receiving a disturbing message from the party chief, directing him to call the former prime minister Raila Odinga instead.
“Siasa sio uadui. I called my kingpin today hakushika but text me back, “pigia baba.” Kidake revealed.
He also stated that he is the only Simba party affiliate receiving phone calls from the opposition faction. The legislator aspirant also hinted that he can’t reach out to Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) boss following his political status.
I think am the only guy receiving calls even from my opponents. I can’t call baba direct, he is a very senior guy.” He added.
Kidake spills the beans
On July, 13th 2022, Kidake stated that he had been invited to the statehouse among other Luhya aspirants to forge plans to escalate Azimio – One Kenya campaigns in the Mulembe region.
“Today I was invited at statehouse, I can confirm that Raila Odinga is our next president” shared Kidake after the statehouse meeting.
The lawmaker hopeful is seeking to battle out Amani National Congress (ANC) party candidate Hon Ayodi and Deputy President William Ruto’s United Democratic Alliance (UDA) candidate Hon Clement Sloya for the constituency apex position.
He declared his support for Raila Odinga despite being a Ford Kenya associate member, a constituent party in Kenya Kwanza Alliance that fronted DP Ruto and Mathira Member of Parliament Rigathi Gachagua as presidential pact in August 9, contest.
