President Uhuru Kenyatta has summoned a meeting to review Azimio la Umoja One Kenya’s policies and electioneering strategies before the next elections. In order to ensure that Raila Odinga, the candidate running on behalf of the Azimio party, wins the election, a meeting will be held at the Kenyatta International Convention Center in Nairobi.

The meeting will start at 10 am and the main agenda item is to create policies that will assist the coalition party win a significant number of seats in parliament and county legislatures. This message was revealed by a notification sent to his fellow coalition party members and had been signed by the president.

The meeting’s goal, according to Uhuru, who is also the council’s head, was to;

look at ways that Azimio la Umoja alliance is going to garner as many elective seats as it happened in 2018 General Election by coming up with useful tactics and campaign plans.”

This plan is said to have been reached on April 21 when Uhuru presided over the Azimio Council for the first time.

Among those who are expected not to miss the great meeting at KICC Grounds, we are going to have Uhuru Kenyatta himself, Raila Odinga, Martha Karua, Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka who recently went back to Azimio after several ups and downs together with the Kanu National Chairman Gideon Moi. This meeting is said to be part of the Azimio Council’s effort to find formidable candidates for contested seats across the nation.

Uhuru is just available to make them come up with a new strategy that is going to make them see their dreams come true the more we near the electioneering period. A lot is expected from this day where the long time political champ is preparing to face a very tough competitor who has had a long record of winning.
