A dramatic moment has been witnessed during the funeral service of the late CDF Gen. Francis Ogolla when an unknown woman was heard shouting “Wameniua, Wameniua” as she wept bitterly.

In the video seen by this writer, the woman could be heard crying loudly even as Pres. William Ruto and DP. Rigathi Gachagua can he seen watching in silence.

In the video also, the Master of ceremonies can be heard asking the funeral attendees to stand up before the military band takes over and the noise coming from the woman is overpowered by the band.

That notwithstanding, during the service in Obama K’ogalo on Ng’iya earlier, Dr. Oburu Odinga asked President William Ruto to ensure that no stone will be left unturned during the probe on what happened to the plane that was carrying Gen. Ogolla.

Oburu also demanded that the govt should consider doing an audit of military equipments to see whether they meet the required threshold to be used in war mission.

All the same, President William Ruto has welcomed thorough investigations into the death of the Chief of Defence Forces General Francis Ogolla.

President Ruto vowed that he will ensure all security agencies, including the investigation teams, leave no stone unturned in unearthing the truth behind the fatal plane crash that claimed the life of Ogolla.

“I have full confidence in KDF. They are our foremost professional entity in Kenya therefore I have full confidence that General Omenda and the team he has appointed to make sure that all details are laid bare on the accident that took away the life of General Ogolla,” stated Ruto.
