George T Diano, an influential Twitter user has today descended on Lang’ata Member of parliament Hon Felix Odiwuor also known as Jalang’o for appearing to be marketing the just-launched ‘The Bahati Empire’ show that will be streaming live on Netflix, when his colleagues in the Parliament are busy pressuring the govt to do away with poisonous tax proposals contained in the Finance Bill 2024.

Through his X handle, T Diano minced no words after likening the ODM lawmaker to a cabbage, adding that it is no longer in doubt that the People of Langata and the Nairobi County at large feel ashamed by his doings.

“We have normalized mediocrity to a point where our leaders have bcom enablers of the same. While others are discussing about the Finance Bill, the flamboyant fish monger is asking Kenyans to watch some lowlife show meant for retards. Jalango is just another cabbage in parliament,” George T Diano wrote on X on June 7.

Earlier on, the Langata lawmaker alongside other political and govt officials led by Deputy President Hon Rigathi Gachagua graced Kelvin Bahati’s occasion that took place in Lang’ata in Nairobi.

“Bahati has raised the bar soo high in the creative industry! He becomes the first Kenyan to have a show on Netflix with over 200M subs across the globe! Catch the show today as it premiers! Flowers to you Bahati!,” Langata MP Hon. Jalang’o wrote on X.

In his speech, the second in command commended the likes of Jalang’o, Bahati and urged them to help the Pres William Ruto and the KK administration at large to grow the Digital economy.

All the same, the bash directed to MP Jalang’o comes barely hours after Mumias East MP Hon PK Salasia also found himself in unfamiliar territory shortly after claiming that he hadn’t read the Finance Bill 2024 and that he was ready to cooperate with the govt of Pres William Ruto.
