Hon Kalonzo Musyoka, the Wiper Party Leader and an Azimio-One Kenya Coalition principal has listed 3 Grounds regarding why the Opposition will have no option but to join the healthcare workers in the ongoing Nationwide demos in the coming days.

While speaking on Tuesday as quoted by Kenyans.co.ke, the outspoken son of Seikuru affirmed that the failure to compensate farmers who were issued with fake fertilizer, failure to fire health CS Susan Nakhumicha, and failure by the Kenya Kwanza Govt to resolve the ongoing Doctor’s Strike are the reasons why the Opposition won’t keep quiet.

Also, Kalonzo, in his speech, warned Kenya Kwanza leaders who have been underestimating him now that Raila Odinga is busy campaigning for the AUC seat ahead of the 2025 elections in Ethiopia.

Earlier in the day, President William Ruto asked the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Union (KMPDU) to accept the government’s offer on payment of medical interns. This comes at a time when the medics’ nationwide strike enters day 24.

As the situation unfolds, it’s apparent that various stakeholders are weighing in on the ongoing healthcare crisis. With Kalonzo Musyoka’s statements adding to the discourse, it underscores the gravity of the issues at hand and the urgency for resolution.

President Ruto’s plea to the KMPDU also highlights the government’s efforts to address the concerns of medical practitioners amidst the prolonged strike.

In the midst of these developments, the public’s attention remains focused on the healthcare sector’s challenges and the need for sustainable solutions. As the nation grapples with these pressing issues, it becomes imperative for all parties involved to prioritize the well-being of citizens and work towards a swift resolution to the ongoing crisis.
