The victim, who initially engaged Momanyi and his company, Infinite Horizons Ltd, to facilitate a Foreigners’ ID process, made multiple payments amounting to hundreds of thousands of shillings.
Shockingly, despite clear and irrefutable evidence of all transactions, Momanyi has blatantly refused to acknowledge receiving KES 305,000, only admitting to a fraction of the amount KES 43,000.
Adding insult to injury, even after acknowledging part of the payment, the rogue lawyer has failed to refund the money when confronted.
Screenshots of WhatsApp conversations and verified M-Pesa transactions lay bare the blatant fraud, exposing Momanyi as nothing more than a smooth-talking swindler who preys on unsuspecting clients.
