Azimio – One Kenya running mate nominee and Narc Kenya party leader Martha Karua is set to storm president Uhuru Kenyatta’s rural backyard while drumming support for Raila’s presidency.
The Azimio – One Kenya rallies in Kiambu will kick off tomorrow, Saturday, 21st May, from Limuru where series of campaigns will rock in Lari, Kikuyu heading to Kiambaa.
Karua will lead Azimio legislators to series of rallies in Kabete, Githunguri, Gatundu, Thika, Juja and later cape up the day in Ruiru-Githurai.
Deputy President William Ruto on the other hand is currently holding a score of economic forums in Embu where he is expected to initiate streams of rallies in the county to popularize bottom-up economic model.
Ruto, Gachagua, Mudavadi, Wetangula among other Kenya Kwanza allied lawmakers will flood Murang’a county tomorrow, Saturday, 21st May.
On Sunday, Kenya Kwanza brigade will revert back to Nakuru before heading to Kiambu to finalize the 5-days tour in Mt Kenya region on Monday.
Ruto’s move to storm the vote-rich region is to counter Raila’s tactic to nominate Martha Karua for the running mate slot that might woo the region to vote for Azimio – One Kenya.
Although Uhuru has distanced himself from Azimio – One Kenya campaigns, but he has affirmed to finance all Azimio campaigns across the country.
