Central Organization of Trade Union (COTU) Secretary General and long serving trade unionist Frincis Atwoli has sensationally claimed that God will come for Luhyas supporting DP Ruto’s presidency in Kenya Kwanza umbrella.
Speaking in Amukura, Busia county during vote hunting mission, Atwoli chided that Luhyas supporting Ruto may not live beyond August 9 2022.
“For those Luhyas who are behind him (Ruto), I want to tell them right now, as an elder, I say be careful for those supporting him, they will not make it with us to August 8. God will call them. The God of gods will call them. Do you hear me” Atwoli prophesied.
The senior trade unionist has been on record for predicting Ruto’s fate of losing the country’s top seat in August contest to Azimio – One Kenya presidential candidate Raila Odinga.
Speaking in February 2021, during an exclusive interview at Citizen TV, JKLive show, Atwoli argued that he don’t know who may succeed Uhuru in August race, but he is pretty sure that Ruto will not win the battle.
I do not know who will be the president in 2022, but I know who will not be… I have said several times that the DP William Ruto can’t be president” he said
He faulted Ruto for not investing into good political advisors who might have allegedly saved his political fate of divorcing with the head of state president Uhuru Kenyatta.
“I wish the DP had good advisors and would still be supporting all of the president Uhuru’s projects” he added.
