Mark Makhoha has emerged victorious after receiving a cheque for Kshs 250,000, a brand new bike from TVS, and a helmet from Vooma, among other prizes.

The event which took place on June 9 in Kasarani Nairobi saw numerous motorists from across the country benefit from a variety of programmes designed to enhance their skills and safety awareness.

“The winner of today’s #AbiriaNiMayai derby, Mark Makhoha, receiving his Kshs 250,000 cheque, a brand new bike from TVS, and a helmet from Vooma among other prizes. We believe that through rewarding good behaviour and skill by our boda-boda riders, we can enhance care by our riders and ensure safety on our roads. Congratulations Makhoha!” Lipalikes wrote on Facebook.

Sponsored by Lipalikes, Abiria Ni Mayai, and other entities such as the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA), the campaign strives to reduce the incidence of road accidents nationwide.
