Mukurwe-ini Member of Parliament John Kaguchia, has now allegedly revealed the main reason behind the resignation of former Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) boss George Kinoti and former Inspector General Hillary Mutyambai.

The two, immediately sent their resignation letters after President William Ruto took over as the fifth President of Kenya.
In a statement through his official Twitter page on Tuesday morning, John Kaguchia revealed that the two government officials re-signed since they could not cope up with President William Ruto’s administration.

According to Kaguchia, following the extrajudicial killings that were being witnessed during George Kinoti and Mutyambai’s reign, and with the DCI being linked to it, they had to immediately resign since according to Kaguchia, the Kenya Kwanza government could not tolerate the ongoing killings.

“Both DCI and the IG resigned once the new administration came into power because they knew they were not doing something right.” Said Kaguchia.
