Orange Democratic Movement Party leader Hon Raila Odinga is now a happy man following the emergence of unconfirmed reports that the Statehouse has agreed to back his 2032 Presidential bid.

According to unconfirmed reports by Jaloka, an influential figure on X (formerly Twitter), it has been agreed that all Azimio-One Kenya Coalition affiliate parties including Wiper, ODM, Narc-K and DAP-K among others will back former Mombasa Gov Hon Ali Hassan Joho, Joho Mbadi and Wycliff Oparanya for the CS post in the much anticipated cabinet announcement by Pres William Ruto who has promised to back Raila’s Presidential bid in 2032 or any candidate who will run by then.

“In the new plan, Azimio (this includes ODM, Jubilee, Wiper, DAP, and NARC Kenya) are fronting Amos Wako, Joho, Junet, Oparanya, and Mbadi for the cabinet. The government has also promised to support Baba’s race to State House in 2032. Inshallah!,” Jaloka wrote on X.

The development, interestingly, comes amid the backdrop of reports that ODM Party leader Hon Raila Odinga is planning a coalition govt with Pres William Ruto that will see his main allies land plum jobs in the govt such as Principal Secretaries among others.

Also, there have been claims that  Pres William Ruto met with a group of over 60 Members of Parliament from the populous Mt Kenya region where he explained his decision to work with the ODM Party leader Hon Raila Odinga now that his Deputy President Hon Rigathi Gachagua appears to be in a mission to sabotage the same govt he helped in formation.

Those who are aware of Pres William Ruto’s meeting with Mt Kenya MPs say that the Head of State made it clear that he was unable to contain his Deputy President Hon Rigathi Gachagua who always shoots himself on his foot whenever he gets a chance to address the masses making it impossible for Kenyans to trust KK administration.
