Sanjay Ghag, the owner of Grand Café & Indian Cuisine at Lenana Towers, Nairobi, has been exposed in a leaked voice recording verbally abusing his employees.
In the shocking audio circulating online, Ghag is heard hurling insults and making obscene threats toward a worker.
“I will put my d**k in your mouth. You came here to work. Don’t fck around. Next time, I will put my dck in your mouth, I tell you. Work as I employ you, eh…” he says in the disturbing clip.
Staff at the restaurant say this is just a glimpse of the toxic and abusive environment they endure daily.
They accuse Ghag and his management team of constant harassment, unfair dismissals, and threats that create a climate of fear.

The recording has sparked public outrage, with Kenyans calling for action against Ghag and his restaurant. Many are demanding investigations by authorities to protect workers from further abuse.
This incident comes at a time when cases of Kenyans facing harassment in workplaces have become rampant.
Just a few days ago, the General Manager of Taita Hills Resort, Sanjeev Kumar, made headlines after a video of him pouring water and angrily exchanging words with a staff member went viral.
Kumar was also accused of racial segregation at the facility, further fueling public anger.

Labour rights activists have raised concerns over the increasing cases of mistreatment of workers, particularly in the hospitality industry.
They are calling on the government to take strict action against employers who violate labour laws and create toxic working environments.
So far, Grand Café & Indian Cuisine has not issued any statement regarding the allegations against Ghag.
Kenyans online continue to demand justice for the affected workers, urging authorities to intervene and ensure those responsible are held accountable.
