Kihuria Wa Ndorongo has exposed a serious scandal involving Molo MP Francis Kuria Kimani’s office, sharing the details on Facebook and directly naming the MP’s personal assistant, Muiru Wa Mbugua, as the man behind the alleged fraud.

In his post, Kihuria wrote, “Molo MP Francis Kuria Kimani, we have received very disturbing reports about your office. Your PA, one Muiru Wa Mbugua (pictured) scammed 36 people promising them TSC jobs, between November 2024 and February 2025.” This post has caused outrage among many who are now demanding answers from the MP and his aide.

According to the exposé, the scam targeted both aspiring primary and secondary school teachers who were desperate to secure jobs with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC). Muiru Wa Mbugua allegedly asked 20 people to pay Ksh. 180,000 each, totalling Ksh. 3.6 million, with the promise of securing them primary school teaching jobs.

For secondary school jobs, 16 people were reportedly charged Ksh. 275,000 each, amounting to Ksh. 4.4 million. In total, the victims lost about Ksh. 8 million to the scam.

The victims are said to have followed all instructions given to them, including filling out what they believed were official TSC forms.

The meeting point for this recruitment was allegedly on the 22nd floor, room 3 of the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), where the group was told to submit their personal details.

However, it later emerged that the forms had been photocopied and were not genuine TSC documents. The victims have never received any communication or employment letters since parting with their money.

Reports indicate that there is an OB number from a police station, a demand letter from a lawyer, and even bank account details showing where the money was deposited.

Despite this paper trail, there appears to have been no meaningful action taken against Muiru Wa Mbugua so far.

This has led to growing frustration among the victims, many of whom are now questioning why the MP has remained silent despite the scandal being linked directly to his office.

The fact that the alleged scam took place over several months and involved such large sums has intensified calls for accountability.

Many are now demanding that both Molo MP Francis Kuria Kimani and his PA publicly explain the matter and ensure the victims are refunded.

Questions are also being raised about how such a scheme could have been carried out in the MP’s office without his knowledge, and whether he will take responsibility for the actions of his aide.

The victims are left with nothing but unfulfilled promises and financial losses. The exposé by Kihuria Wa Ndorongo has put the spotlight firmly on both the MP and his aide.
