Prof. Mutahi Ngunyi, a seasoned UDA-allied political analyst, has now likened Wiper Party leader Hon. Kalonzo Musyoka to a vulture who is waiting for his boss (ODM Party leader Hon. Raila Odinga) to politically die so that he can benefit.

This comes amid reports that fresh conflicts have emerged between President William Ruto and his Deputy President Hon. Rigathi Gachagua following Raila’s sudden change of heart regarding the much-anticipated dialogue.

Through his X handle, Mutahi Ngunyi claimed that Kalonzo Musyoka should stop sabotaging Raila Odinga’s wish to join the government of President William Ruto and Deputy President Hon. Rigathi Gachagua, adding that the three, when united, will achieve many things.

Yesterday, Mutahi Ngunyi, in a post on X, thanked Deputy President Hon. Rigathi Gachagua for being a statesman in backing the handshake between his boss, President William Ruto, and ODM Party leader Hon. Raila Odinga.

“Kalonzo is a VULTURE that has hovered over Raila’s head for years. He wants Babaman DEAD so he can FEAST on him politically. Does this DINOSAUR think he can lead Gen Z? I could be WRONG, but he is an opportunist. A sneaky politician riding on the good intentions of Kenyans,” Mutahi Ngunyi wrote on X.

Elsewhere, Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga on Sunday threatened to drop his African Union Commission (AUC) Chairperson bid.

Speaking in Dubai, the Azimio leader revealed that should the quest to gain political stability in Kenya not be fruitful, he would drop out of the race to chair the continental body.

“I am ready to forgo my AUC ambitions for the sake of my country if this is being used to manipulate me at the expense of the quest for a better and stable country,” he was quoted as stating.
