Lawyer Miguna spoke on the campaign trails in the Central region for DP Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza Alliance. The Kenya Kwanza team has been conducting campaigns across the country, with a focus on the Mount Kenya region.
He has directed DP Ruto to campaign in every section of the country, including Raila’s home province of Nyanza. He predicted that DP Ruto will win the August elections. He is dissatisfied with the way DP Ruto and his team campaign mostly on Mount Kenya. Dr Miguna Miguna has provided several details that suggest the present deputy president, DR William Ruto, may not win. Miguna stated on his Twitter account that the DP should stop campaigning exclusively in the Mount Kenya region. He suggested that the DP begin visiting other areas, such as the Luo Nyanza. According to him, DP Ruto’s victory will be assured if the DP stops campaigning in Mount Kenya.
He went on to say that when the election is held on August 9, the incumbent deputy president, DR William Ruto, of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance, will win. Miguna is confident that Hon Raila Odinga, the presidential candidate of the Azimio La Umoja-OKA, will lose.
He encouraged DP Ruto and his team to halt campaigning in Mt Kenya if they wanted to be sure of winning. He claims that if the DP begins to travel to other regions, he will simply widen the margin and the gap between his and Raila’s percentages.
