Lawyer Dr. Miguna Miguna has left Kenyans speechless after he appeared to castigate President William Ruto, who played a critical role during his return from Canada. Speaking during an exclusive interview with Oga Obinna, Miguna stated that what Ruto did was merely obey court orders.

“I am not a sycophant,” Miguna declared, “I will criticize the government when things aren’t okay.” His words have sent shockwaves across the political landscape, challenging the narrative that his return was a favor from the President.

Revisiting the tumultuous events of 2018, Miguna claimed that opposition leader Raila Odinga “sold him down the river.” He alleged that Odinga asked former Interior Cabinet Secretary Matiang’i not to allow him to return to Kenya.

Miguna’s allegations have stirred up fresh debates about political loyalty and the rule of law in Kenya. His insistence on criticizing the government, despite its role in his return, underscores his commitment to holding the government accountable.

In regards to Nairobi politics, the lawyer didn’t mince his words when he stated that  Nairobians lost control when they voted for Sakaja just because he has good dimples which is contrary compared to his performance in office.

According to Miguna, Nairobi had one governor and that governor was Dr Evans Kidero. He also alleged that even though Mike Sonko was bad in terms of governance, for Johnson Sakaja he is turning out to be worse.

For Babu Owino’s alleged political ambition to unseat Sakaja come 2027, Miguna Miguna said that Nairobi and any other sphere of leadership don’t want dramatic people like Babu Owino show thinks addressing masses is governance. Miguna Migun also said he can’t imagine Babu Owino sitting in his office from 8 to 5 pm reading.
